Everything negative – pressure, challenges – is all an opportunity for me to rise

Boarding Pass/Fail

Such a beautiful redesign of the boarding pass. The first is obviously what a ticket currently looks like. Click on the source at the bottom to read the entire story behind this project.

NFL Today

First off I want to congratulate the Indianapolis Colts on their victory over the New York Jets to win a trip to the SuperBowl. Excellent work stopping the running game over the Jets and an outstanding job on Peyton Manning. Now I want to write about the Vikings & Brett Farve in specific, I was watching the game they were playing in against the Saints. I feel there is to much pity and favoritism towards Brett Farve especially in this game. Just because Brett Farve is a future hall of famer or because hes 40 doesnt mean he gets special treatment. Dont get me wrong he has all sorts of talent, but it was his personal decision to return knowing he was going to get hit & it was going to be difficult for him throughout the season. But this game he was getting hammered, all you hear is pity for him by the announcers even the referees were helping him out and giving flags in his favor. If thats going to happen thats just tainting the NFL by giving special treatment to players. A similar situation happened to Tom Brady when he returned from an injury. He was involved in a play where the defensive player was near his leg and Tom Brady responded by getting up and pointing to the floor and referees to throw a flag. Surprise Surprise the flag was thrown. I mean come on NFL dont do that to this league. Just clear things up nothing against Brett Farve’s talent but dont expect pity or a free ride to the Superbowl because of your age or because you have all these records under your belt.
